Where will you be heading?
The world is full of places worth discovering. I’m from a time when you didn’t have Google Maps to help you find your way around foreign countries. That’s why I’d get Dad’s Bosatlas and study the maps in it. I even drew copies of them, imagining what those places might have to offer if I ever went there myself.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing much of the world myself now that I’m earning my own money. But the world still has so many beautiful cities and natural wonders to offer. I can’t possibly visit every place on my bucket list, but I can explore them with you here on this website. So pack your bags and travel with me to your favourite destinations.
Europe
Europe is where my love for travel began, thanks to its historic cities and many stories around each corner. And even now it still feels like a continent I can keep discovering and never tire of it.
North America
North America has always had a special attraction for me, thanks to the energy of its great cities to its vast landscapes and national parks. There is something that will always be calling me.
Asia
Asia is a relatively new addition to my travel radar, but it has become a continent I want to explore (thanks to Japan). Especially its collectibles-culture is something I want to see for myself.
Africa
My fascination with Africa started long before I ever considered travelling there, thanks in no small part to The Lion King, one of my favourite Disney films. Now I would love to discover the landscapes and the big 5 for myself.
South America
My love for dancing naturally draws me towards South America, where music and movement are such an important part of the culture. It is a continent I would love to experience not just through its places, but through its rhythm.
Oceania
Oceania, and New Zealand in particular, has a certain magic for me thanks to The Lord of the Rings. One day, I would love to see with my own eyes the landscapes that brought Middle-earth from the page of a book to life.

Why travelling?
I’m often asked what it is I enjoy so much about travelling. Don’t I much prefer being back home, in my own little place with all my own thing? Well, actually… no.
The world is far too big to stay within your usual comfort zones. And I want to see as much as possible before I can no longer do so. New places inspire me to write new stories. What’s more, getting away from home for a bit really helps me unwind. Meeting new people. Beholding the beauty of this planet. And experiencing new cultures… No, for me, there’s nothing more wonderful than travelling and sharing my experiences with others.
